The nephrological field is a space that requires specialized care, especially in people who need renal replacement therapies such as hemodialysis, since it involves a series of limitations and substantial variations that generate significant physical, emotional and emotional wear. In this sense, it has been possible to detect a series of limitations to apply coping strategies that improve their quality of life, making it necessary to delve deeper into this problem. OBJECTIVE: to determine the relationship between coping strategies and quality of life in patients receiving hemodialysis in a hospital in Huancayo, 2024. MATERIALS AND METHODS: it will be quantitative, applied, transversal - non-experimental and descriptive - correlational. There will be 80 hemodialysis patients. The survey will be used and the Coping Estimation Inventory and the WHOQOL-BREF Questionnaire will be used.
Resumen
El ámbito nefrológico es un espacio que requiere de atención especializada, especialmente en personas que necesitan terapias de reemplazo renal como la hemodiálisis, ya que involucra una serie de limitaciones y variaciones sustanciales que generan un significativo desgaste físico, emocional y emocional. En ese sentido, se ha podido detectar una serie de limitaciones para aplicar estrategias de afrontamiento que permitan mejorar su calidad de vida, siendo necesario profundizar en esta problemática. OBJETIVO: determinar cuál es la relación entre estrategias de afrontamiento y calidad de vida en pacientes que reciben hemodiálisis en un hospital de Huancayo, 2024. MATERIALES Y MÉTODOS: será cuantitativa, aplicada, transversal –no experimental y descriptiva - correlacional. Se contará con 80 pacientes de hemodiálisis. Se hará uso de la encuesta y se empleará el Inventario de Estimación del Afrontamiento y el Cuestionario WHOQOL-BREF.
