Resumen
The hypothetical-deductive research method is used in natural and social sciences to formulate and test hypotheses. The foundation of this approach is a cycle of reasoning that includes induction and deduction. The development of this research study will take place during the period from June to December 2023. This study will be conducted with the technical nursing staff and licensed nurses of the sterilization center service at Hospital II-I Moyobamba. It is a non-experimental, cross-sectional, and descriptive-correlational study. Non-experimental research involves observing and describing phenomena as they naturally occur rather than making deliberate changes to variables or conditions. Without intervening in the manipulation of variables, information will be collected and relationships between them analyzed. Cross-sectional research collects data at a single point in time, without follow-up or longitudinal tracking. This type of research aims to obtain a snapshot of the situation or phenomenon being studied at a specific moment.
Resumen
El método de investigación hipotético-deductivo se utiliza en las ciencias naturales y sociales para formular y probar hipótesis. La base de este enfoque es un ciclo de razonamiento que incluye la inducción y la deducción. El desarrollo de estudio de investigación se llevará cabo durante los meses del periodo de junio a diciembre del 2023. Este estudio de investigación, se desarrollará en el personal técnico de Enfermería y licenciados enfermería del servicio de central de esterilización del hospital II-I Moyobamba. Es una investigación no experimental, transversal y descriptiva correlacional La investigación no experimental implica observar y describir los fenómenos tal como ocurren naturalmente en lugar de realizar cambios deliberados en las variables o condiciones. Sin intervenir en la manipulación de las variables en este caso, se estaría recopilando información y analizando las relaciones entre ellas. La investigación transversal recopila datos en un solo momento en el tiempo, sin seguimiento o a lo largo del tiempo. Este tipo de investigación tiene como objetivo obtener una imagen instantánea de la situación o fenómeno estudiado en un momento determinado.
