Knowledge of the safe surgery checklist and nursing practice of the surgical center of the EsSalud hospital, Lima 2023

Abstract

The purpose of the following investigation is to specify the relationship between knowledge of the safe checklist and practice in the nurses of the surgical center of an EsSalud hospital, 2023. This study is configured as an applied investigation, using a methodology of a hypotheticaldeductive framed in a quantitative perspective. It will proceed under a non-experimental research scheme, characterized by a transversal analysis in which the existing interaction between the two mentioned variables will be investigated. In order to achieve the established purposes, two questionnaires will be administered to a group of 80 nurses in the operating theater of an EsSalud facility. The first of these instruments, a survey, will focus on evaluating the degree of understanding related to the list of safe surgical procedures, consisting of a dozen questions that will cover topics such as fundamental knowledge and patient safeguarding. The second, a guide on the Application of the Checklist, will include 19 questions and will focus on the phases of entry, pause and exit of patients from the operating room. The data collection devices were created by Moreta in 2020 and for their analysis statistical tables and graphs will be created using Excel and SPSS tools. Finally, a correlational analysis will be carried out between both variables using the Pearson test, which estimates the statistical connection between two continuous variables, based on evidence that shows a statistical probability with a confidence level of 95%.

El fin de la siguiente indagación la relación entre el conocimiento de la lista de verificación segura y la práctica en las enfermeras del centro quirúrgico de un hospital de EsSalud, 2023. Este estudio una indagación aplicada, empleando una metodología de naturaleza hipotético-deductiva enmarcada en una perspectiva cuantitativa. Se procederá bajo un esquema investigativo no experimental, caracterizado por un análisis transversal en el cual. Con el fin de alcanzar los propósitos establecidos, se administrarán dos cuestionarios a un colectivo de 80 enfermeras. El primero de estos instrumentos, una encuesta, se enfocará en, constando de una decena de interrogantes que cubrirán temas como saberes fundamentales y la salvaguarda del paciente. El segundo, una guía sobre la Aplicación de la Lista de Verificación, comprenderá 19 interrogantes y se centrará en las fases de ingreso, pausa y salida de los pacientes del quirófano de recolección de datos fueron creados por Moreta en el año 2020 y para el análisis de los mismos se confeccionarán tablas y gráficos estadísticos utilizando las herramientas Excel y SPSS. Finalizando, se efectuará un análisis correlacional entre ambas variables utilizando la prueba de Pearson, fundamentado en evidencias que ostentan una probabilidad estadística con un nivel de confianza del 95%.
