Psychosocial factors and their relationship with work stress in workers of the Ministry of Transport and Communications, Lima 2022

Abstract

Introduction: Psychosocial factors are seen as one of the labor problems within the organization, one characteristic of stress, since they affect the physical and mental conditions of workers; For this reason, it is important to take corrective measures that can prevent and eradicate these factors that endanger the good work performance of employees. Objective: To determine how psychosocial factors are related to work stress in workers of the Ministry of Transport and Communications, Lima 2022. Methods: It concerns an applied, quantitative, correlational and cross-sectional study. The census sample will be made up of 60 workers from the general archives area of the Ministry of Transport and Communications. As a relevant technique, the survey will be used, in addition to the questionnaire instrument on a Likert-type scale, which are reliable and validated. In addition, the data that has been collected will be processed in SPSS 25 and the hypotheses will be tested using the statistical test of Spearman's coefficient.

Introducción: Los factores psicosociales son vistos como uno de los problemas laborales dentro de la organización, uno característico el estrés, pues afectan las condiciones físicas y psíquicas de los trabajadores; por ello es importante tomar medidas correctivas que puedan prevenir y erradicar dichos factores que peligran el buen desempeño laboral de los colaboradores. Objetivo: Determinar cómo los factores psicosociales se relacionan con el estrés laboral en trabajadores del área de archivos generales en una institución pública de Lima, 2022. Métodos: Concierne a un estudio de tipo aplicada, cuantitativo, correlacional y transversal. La muestra censal estará conformada por 60 trabajadores del área de archivos generales. Como técnica relevante se hará uso de la encuesta, además del instrumento cuestionario en escala de tipo Likert, los cuales son confiables y se hallan validados. Además, los datos que han sido recopilados serán procesados en SPSS 25 y las hipótesis serán probadas empleando la prueba estadística del coeficiente de Spearman.
