Knowledge about the management of Blalock Taussing fistula and the practice of the nursing professional in children under 1 year

Abstract

This research aims to: Determine the relationship between the level of knowledge about the management of Blalock Taussing Fistula and the practice of the nursing professional in children under 1 year in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit of the National Institute of Lima 2023. The methodology: the research study will be hypothetical - quantitative deductive, non-experimental, statistically quantified and interpreted, the sample will consist of 80 nurses from the cardiovascular ICU service, the instruments to be used for the research work will be a questionnaire on the level of post-operative knowledge of Blalock Taussing Fistula; contains 20 items, whose final value will be: high, medium and low, with the binomial test and the concordance table the value of p = 0.035 was obtained and a reliability of KR20 = 0.82 therefore it is reliable; the second a checklist will evaluate the practice on the management of the post operated containing 35 items, whose final value is: adequate and inadequate, with the binomial test and the concordance table the value of p = 0.035 was obtained, and a reliability of KR20 = 0.82 therefore it is reliable.

Esta investigación tiene como Objetivo: Determinar la relación que existe entre el nivel de conocimiento sobre el manejo de Fístula Blalock Taussing y la práctica del profesional de enfermería en niños menores de 1 año en la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos Cardiovascular del Instituto Nacional de Lima 2023. La metodología: el estudio de investigación será hipotético - deductivo cuantitativo, no experimental , cuantificados estadísticamente y se interpretarán, la muestra estará constituida por 80 enfermeras del servicio de UCI cardiovascular, los instrumentos a utilizar para el trabajo de investigación serán un cuestionario sobre el nivel de conocimiento de post operado de Fístula Blalock Taussing; contiene 20 ítems, cuyo valor final será: alto, medio y bajo, con la prueba binomial y la tabla de concordancia se obtuvo el valor de p=0.035 y una confiabilidad de KR20= 0.82 por lo tanto es confiable; el segundo una lista de cotejo evaluará la práctica sobre el manejo del post operado que contiene 35 ítems, cuyo valor final es: adecuada e inadecuada, con la prueba binomial y la tabla de concordancia se obtuvo el valor de p=0.035, y una confiabilidad de KR20= 0.82 por lo tanto es confiable.
