Knowledge and quality of nursing care received by patients with chronic tachycardia in the emergency service of the Huaraz Hospital, 2023

Abstract

The General Objective of the research of this study was: “To determine the relationship between the Knowledge and Quality of Nursing Care received by Patients with Chronic Tachycardia in the Emergency Service of the Hospital of Huaraz, 2023. This Population will be made up of 52 nurses. who work in the Emergency service. The Sample: will be the total population, Methodological design: The type of research will be applied. The design will be observational, descriptive, correlational and transversal. The survey technique was used to collect the data, as an instrument the “Knowledge” questionnaire adapted by Martínez was reliable using Crombach's Alpha of 0.90 and for the variable “Quality of Nursing Care” was evaluated, the questionnaire adapted by Interns and Morels, reliable through Crombach's Alpha with an index of 0.90. For the statistical processing and analysis of data obtained in the study, a matrix table will be used in the Microsoft Exel 2021 program and the SPSS 27.0 program. The statistical analyzes will be based on the Hypothesis posed by the Spearman Rho test.

La investigación del presente estudio tuvo como Objetivo General: “Determinar la relación existente entre el Conocimiento y Calidad de Cuidado de Enfermería que reciben los Pacientes con Taquicardia Crónica en el servicio de Emergencia del Hospital de Huaraz, 2023. Dicha Población estará conformada por 52 enfermeras que laboran en el servicio de Emergencia. La Muestra: será la población total, de Diseño metodológico: El tipo de investigación será aplicada. El diseño será observacional, descriptivo, correlacional y transversal. La recopilación de los datos se utilizó la Técnica la encuesta, como instrumento el cuestionario “Conocimiento” adaptado por Martínez confiable mediante Alpha de Crombach de 0.90 y para la variable se evaluó “Calidad de Cuidado de enfermería” se aplicará el cuestionario adaptado por Pasantes y Morillas, confiable mediante el Alpha de Crombach con índice de 0.90. Para el Procesamiento estadísticos y Análisis de datos obtenidos en el estudio se trabajará en una tabla matriz en el programa de Microsoft Exel 2021 y programa SPSS 27.0, los análisis estadísticos serán según comprobado la Hipótesis planteada mediante la prueba de Rho de Spearman.
