Burnout syndrome and its relationship with job satisfaction among healthcare staff in the Mobile Emergency Care System, Lima region, during the COVID-19 emergency, 2021

Abstract

Objective: Determine the relationship between Burnout Syndrome and the job satisfaction of health personnel in the mobile emergency care system, during the state of emergency of COVID 19. Methodology: The study has a quantitative approach, of an applied type, non-experimental design, descriptive – correlational type, with cross-section. Population: All workers of the mobile emergency care system, which is a total of 46. Data collection technique and instrument: As a technique, the survey will be used for both variables; and as an instrument, the Maslach Burnout Inventory will be used, for the Burnout Syndrome variable, and the Sonia Palma Job Satisfaction Scale, for the variable of the same name. Data analysis: Data will be collected through the form on the Google Docs platform. for each instrument; Subsequently, the data obtained will be organized and tabulated, exporting them to the SPSS 26 software, which will allow the development of tables and graphs as results. This program will allow us to obtain correlation tables between variables and dimension with variable; The normality test will be used, which will allow me to determine the parametric or non-parametric statistics, thus identifying the use of the indicated correlation coefficient, resulting in the contrast of the proposed hypotheses.

Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre el Síndrome de Burnout y la satisfacción laboral del personal de salud en el sistema de atención móvil de urgencia, durante el estado de emergencia de la COVID 19. Metodología: El estudio es de enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo aplicado, de diseño no experimental, tipo descriptivo – correlacional, con corte transversal. Población: Todos los trabajadores del sistema de atención móvil de urgencias que son un total de 46. Técnica e instrumento de recolección de datos: Como técnica se hará uso de la encuesta para ambas variables; y como instrumento se hará uso del Inventario de Burnout de Maslach, para la variable Síndrome de Burnout y la Escala de Satisfacción laboral de Sonia Palma, para la variable del mismo nombre. Análisis de datos: Para el recojo de los datos se realizará por medio del formulario en la plataforma Google Docs. para cada instrumento; posteriormente los datos obtenidos se organizarán y tabularán exportándolos al software SPSS 26, el cual permitirá el desarrollo de tablas y gráficos como resultados, dicho programa nos permitirá obtener las tablas de correlación entre variables y dimensión con variable; se hará uso de la prueba de normalidad, la cual me permitirá determinar la estadística paramétrica o no paramétrica, logrando así identificar el uso del coeficiente de correlación indicado, esto dando como resultado el contraste de las hipótesis planteadas.
