Burnout syndrome and job satisfaction in the nursing professional of the surgical center unit of a public hospital, Lima 2022

Abstract

Objective: To determine the relationship between burnout syndrome and job satisfaction of the nursing professional in the Surgical Center unit of a Public Hospital in Lima, 2022. Material and method: This research will be carried out with the hypothetical deductive method, since this method tries to establish the truth or falsity of the hypotheses. It will be correlacional since the level of relationship of both variables will be measured, with a quantitative, prospective and applied approach, therefore it will use the data collection for its respective analysis since it will collect data through a survey, of a non-experimental design since the variables will not be manipulated. Cross-sectional, since the data was only collected once. The study population will be represented by 120 nurses of both sexes of all ages.

Objetivo: Determinar la relación del síndrome de burnout con la satisfacción laboral del profesional de enfermería de la unidad de Centro Quirúrgico de un Hospital Público de Lima, 2022. Material y método: Esta investigación será realizada con el método hipotético deductivo, ya que este método trata de establecer la veracidad o falsedad de las hipótesis planteadas. Será correlacional ya que se medirá el nivel de relación de ambas variables, con enfoque cuantitativo, prospectiva y aplicada por consiguiente utilizará la recolección de datos para su respectivo análisis ya que recopilará datos mediante encuesta, de diseño no experimental puesto que no se manipulará las variables, de corte transversal, ya que solo se tomaron los datos una sola vez. La población de estudio será representada por 120 enfermeras de ambos sexos todas las edades
