Identification of the level of satisfaction with vaginal delivery care in immediate primiparous postpartum women from the low-risk service at San Juan de Lurigancho Hospital, May – June 2017

Abstract

The level of global satisfaction in vaginal delivery care in immediate postpartum women from the low-risk service of the San Juan de Lurigancho Hospital was satisfied with 71.2% followed by 18.4% who were completely satisfied. In satisfaction by dimensions, it is generally observed that all dimensions present satisfaction on the part of users, but with a more exhaustive review it can be observed that in the Safety dimension, 28% of postpartum women feel undecided regarding the degree of satisfaction, in the Confidence dimension there is 21.6% that also show indecision and in the Quick Response dimension it is seen that 24% of the interviewed population is undecided, this being the dimension with the highest percentage of postpartum women. undecided regarding satisfaction with vaginal birth care performed by obstetrician personnel.

Materiales y Método: Estudio no experimental, descriptivo, cuantitativa, prospectivo y de corte transversal, muestra constituida por 287 gestantes.

Resultados: 80,8% tuvieron edad mayor a 19 años; 96,9% convivientes, 89,9% ama de casa, 78,4% tuvieron educación secundaria, 96,5% fueron católicas, 98,6% tuvieron su primera menstruación entre los 10 a 14 años, 71,4% iniciaron su primera actividad sexual entre 16 a 20 años, 94,5% tuvieron entre 4 a 7 parejas sexuales, 35,2% fueron segundigestas. El interés sexual se encontró disminuido en el I y III trimestre, la complicidad con la pareja estuvo presente algunas veces en el II y III trimestre, la actividad sexual disminuyó una vez por semana en el segundo trimestre y en el tercero disminuyó una sola vez al mes, en el I y II trimestre la búsqueda de la excitación estuvo casi siempre, no se reportó dispareunia en los trimestres, en el I y II trimestre se reportó un orgasmo en la actividad sexual, con respecto a la satisfacción de las actividades coitales, en el I trimestre estuvieron moderadamente satisfechas, en el II y III trimestre estuvieron indiferentes.

Conclusión: La respuesta sexual, se encuentra influenciada por el embarazo, ocasionando cambios de disminución del interés sexual, la actividad sexual y orgasmo durante la actividad coital.
