Workload and stress level of nursing staff in the intensive care unit at the Luis Negreiros Vega Hospital Lima Callao - 2022

Abstract

Applied type study, hypothetical-deductive method, quantitative approach, non-experimental design, cross-sectional correlational level; with a universe population of 80 nursing professionals who work in the ICU service of the Luis Negreiros Vega hospital, aiming to have the entire population by non-probabilistic method; applying the survey technique through the instruments that will be the Maslach Burnout Inventory scale to measure stress and to measure workload is a Miranda questionnaire (2003), after passing the data that will be collected in December 2022, they will be processed by the SPSS 25 statistical program, and through the Kolmogorow – Smirnow normality test it will be possible to determine if the Spearman or Pearson test can be applied for correlation of hypotheses of the variables of this investigation.

Estudio de tipo aplicada, de método hipotético – deductivo, de enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño no experimental, de nivel correlacional de corte transversal; con una población universo de 80 profesionales de enfermería que laboran en el servicio de UCI del hospital Luis Negreiros Vega, pretendiendo contar con toda la población por método no probabilístico; aplicandoles la técnica de encuesta por medio de los instrumentos que serán la escala Maslach Burnout Inventory para medir el estrés y para medir la carga laboral es un cuestionario de Miranda (2003), luego de pasar los datos que se recolectarán en diciembre del 2022, serán procesados por el programa estadístico SPSS 25, y por medio de la prueba de normalidad de Kolmogorow – Smirnow se podrá determinar si puede aplicarse la prueba de Spearman o Pearson para correllación de hipótesis de las variables de esta investigación.
