Motivation and job satisfaction of the nursing professional in the emergency area of a hospital in Lima, 2023

Abstract

The objective of this research work is “To establish the relationship between the motivation and job satisfaction of the nursing professional in the Emergency area of a Hospital in Lima, 2023.” The type of research has a quantitative approach, non-experimental design, descriptive correlational, cross-sectional. The population will be made up of 350 nursing professionals and the sample will be made up of 184 nursing professionals who carry out their work in the emergency area of a Hospital in Lima, 2023. Two questionnaires will be applied, one for the work motivation variable and the other for the job satisfaction variable. The results will be collected and tabulated through the SPSS V 25 program, and then presented through tables and graphs and to measure the relationship that exists between both variables, the Pearson normality test will be used.

El objetivo del presente trabajo de investigación es “Establecer la relación entre la motivación y la satisfacción laboral del profesional de enfermería en el área de Emergencia de un Hospital de Lima, 2023”. El tipo de investigación de enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño no experimental, descriptivo correlacional, de corte transversal. La población estará constituida por 350 profesionales de enfermería y la muestra estará conformada por 184 profesionales de enfermería que realizan sus labores en el área de emergencia de un Hospital de Lima, 2023, se aplicarán dos cuestionarios uno para la variable motivación laboral y el otro para la variable satisfacción laboral. Los resultados serán recolectados y tabulados a través del programa SPSS V 25, para luego ser presentados mediante tablas y gráficos y para medir cual es la relación que existe entre ambas variables se utilizará la prueba de normalidad de pearson.
