Job satisfaction is an indicator which shows us the attitude that employees have with respect to their workplace. If a person feels enthusiastic about their job, they will be comfortable in it. The environment where the nurse works must be the best. in order to provide quality care to patients, which is why the objective of this study is to determine the level of job satisfaction of the nurses in the Emergency service of a Clinic in Lima. Material and method, the design is quantitative, descriptive since it will detail the behavior of the study subject without intervening on him. The chosen population will be nurses who work in the Emergency service; the La Font Roja questionnaire will be used to measure the job satisfaction variable.
Resumen
La satisfacción laboral es un indicador el cual nos muestra la postura que tienen los empleados con respecto a su centro laboral, si una persona se siente entusiasmada con su trabajo va a estar cómodo en él, el ambiente donde se desenvuelve la enfermera debe ser el mejor para poder brindar una atención de calidad a los pacientes, es por ello que el objetivo del presente estudio es determinar el nivel de satisfacción laboral de las enfermeras del servicio de Emergencia de una Clínica en Lima. Material y método, el diseño es cuantitativo, descriptivo ya que va a detallar el comportamiento del sujeto de estudio sin intervenir sobre él. La población elegida será las enfermeras que trabajan en el servicio de Emergencia, para la medición de la variable satisfacción laboral se usará el cuestionario de La Font Roja.
