Work environment and its relationship with work stress, in workers of the Ministry of Health, Lima, 2022

Abstract

The objective of this research project was to determine the relationship that exists between the work environment and work stress in workers of the Ministry of Health. The study had a quantitative approach, of applied type, with a non-experimental, cross-sectional design and a correlational scope, the method used was the hypothetical deductive method. The total population was 4,000 workers and the sample was 351 workers, which was determined through a formula with a 5% margin of error and a 95% confidence level. The instruments used were the Sonia Palma Work Climate Scale (CL-SPC) and the Scale designed by the International Labor Organization and the World Health Organization (ILO-WHO), “Work Stress Scale”, for the application Informed consent was applied to both instruments.

El presente proyecto de investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre el clima laboral y el estrés laboral en los trabajadores del Ministerio de Salud. El estudio fue de un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo aplicado, con un diseño no experimental, de corte transversal y un alcance correlacional, el método que se utilizó fue el método hipotético deductivo. La población total fue de 4,000 trabajadores y la muestra fue de 351, trabajadores la cual fue determinada a través de una formula con 5% de margen de error y 95% de nivel de confianza. Los instrumentos utilizados fueron la Escala de clima Laboral de Sonia Palma (CL-SPC) y la Escala diseñada por la Organización Internacional de Trabajo y la Organización Mundial de la Salud (OIT-OMS) , “Escala de estrés laboral”, para la aplicación de ambos instrumentos se aplicó el consentimiento informado.
