Mothers’ knowledge and attitudes about the skin-to-skin contact of the newborn in the Center Ambo Health, 2024

Abstract

The Objective of the research "To establish the relationship between the knowledge and attitudes of mothers about skin-to-skin contact of the newborn" the population is made up of 70 postpartum mothers cared for in the health establishment subject to research, the sample will be total population being non-probabilistic census type. The research will be of an applied type of descriptive correlational, prospective cross-sectional level. Instruments: to evaluate mothers' knowledge about skin-to-skin contact of the newborn at the Ambo 2024 health center, a questionnaire adopted by Cuadra Cortez Janet Jessica Questionnaire in 2022, reliable through Alpha Cronbach of 0.780, will be used. The data collection technique will be the survey. Statistical processing and data analysis: it will be carried out using descriptive and frequent techniques expressed as a percentage, the statistical analysis will be according to its distribution through parametric statistical tests (Pearson correlation) or non-parametric (Spearman Rho Correlation).

El Objetivo de la investigación “Establecer la relación entre los conocimientos y las actitudes de las madres sobre el contacto piel a piel del recién nacido” la población está constituida por 70 madres puérperas atendidas en el establecimiento de Salud sujeto de investigación, la muestra será el total de la población siendo no probabilística de tipo censal. La investigación será de tipo aplicada de nivel descriptivo correlacional, prospectivo transversal. Instrumentos: para evaluar conocimiento de las madres sobre el contacto piel a piel del recién nacido del centro de salud ambo 2024 se utilizará un cuestionario adoptado por Cuadra Cortez Janet Jessica Cuestionario en el 2022 confiable mediante Alpha Cronbach de 0.780. La técnica de recolección de datos será la encuesta. Procesamiento estadístico y análisis de datos: se realizar mediante técnicas descriptivas y frecuentes expresadas en porcentaje, el análisis estadístico será según sea su distribución a través de pruebas estadísticas paramétricas (correlación de Pearson) o no paramétricas (Correlación Rho de Spearman)
