Adherence to treatment and quality of life of the hemodialysis patient in a clinic in Lima - 2022

Abstract

Objective: Determine the relationship that exists between adherence to treatment and the quality of life of the patient on hemodialysis in a Clinic in Lima Methodology: The type of research will correspond to the applied, the approach to the quantitative, the design will be observational, level correlational, and cross-sectional. Population and Sample: The population addressed will correspond to 100 patients, to which the respective probabilistic calculation will be carried out, determining that the sample will be equivalent to 81 individuals. The corresponding instruments will be applied to this sample in the period from November to December 2022. Technique and Instruments: The technique to be applied will be the survey and the instruments to be applied correspond to the questionnaires for evaluating therapeutic adherence and quality of life ( Health Survey-SF36), which have a Cronbach's Alpha reliability equivalent to 0.85 and 0.83 respectively. Data processing and analysis: The data will be recorded in an Excel template for classification and control, being processed, and the existing relationship between the variables treated in the research will be established, through the Chi Square statistical test to count the study. with qualitative variables.

Objetivo: Determinar la relación que existe entre la adherencia al tratamiento y la calidad de vida del paciente en hemodiálisis en una Clínica de Lima Metodología: El tipo de investigación corresponderá a la aplicada, el enfoque al cuantitativo, el diseño será el observacional, de nivel correlacional, y de corte transversal. Población y Muestra: La población abordada corresponderá a 100 pacientes, a la que se efectuará el cálculo probabilístico respectivo, determinándose que la muestra equivaldrá a 81 individuos. A dicha muestra se le aplicará los instrumentos correspondientes en periodo de noviembre a diciembre del 2022. Técnica e Instrumentos: La técnica a aplicarse será la encuesta y los instrumentos a aplicar corresponden a los cuestionarios de evaluación de la adherencia terapéutica, y calidad de vida (Health Survey-SF36), los mismos que cuentan con una confiabilidad de Alfa de Cronbach equivalente a 0,85 y 0,83 respectivamente. Procesamiento y análisis de datos: La data será consignada en una plantilla excel para su clasificación y control, siendo procesada, y se establecerá la relación existente entre las variables tratadas en la investigación, por medio de la prueba estadística de Chi Cuadrado por contar el estudio con variables cualitativas.
