Lifestyle and cardiovascular risk in health professionals of the Cardiology and vascular surgery service of the Guillermo Almenara Irigoyen Hospital, Lima 2022

Abstract

Determine the relationship between lifestyle and cardiovascular risk in the health professional of the Cardiology and Vascular Surgery Service of the Guillermo Almenara Irigoyen Hospital, Lima 2022. The study will be observational, correlational and cross-sectional. The population and sample will be made up of 135 health professionals (56 nurses, 15 technicians, 55 doctors and 10 technologists) from the Cardiology and Vascular Surgery service of the Guillermo Almenara Irigoyen hospital. The instrument to measure lifestyle will be the Nola Pender Lifestyle Profile Questionnaire (PEPS-I) and a calculator created by the WHO based on the Framingham tables will be used to determine cardiovascular risk. Likewise, for the analysis of the data obtained, the SPSS statistical package will be used.

Determina la relación entre el estilo de vida y el riesgo cardiovascular en el profesional de salud del Servicio de Cardiología y Cirugía Vascular del Hospital Guillermo Almenara Yrigoyen, Lima 2022. El estudio será observacional, correlacional y transversal. La población y muestra estará conformada por 135 profesionales de la salud (56 enfermeras, 15 técnicos, 55 médicos y 10 tecnólogos) del servicio de Cardiología y Cirugía Vascular del hospital Guillermo Almenara Irigoyen. El instrumento para medir el estilo de vida será el cuestionario de Perfil de Estilo de Vida (PEPS-I) de Nola Pender y para determinar el riesgo cardiovascular se utilizará una calculadora creada por la OMS basadas por las tablas de Framingham. Asimismo, para el análisis de los datos obtenidos se empleará el paquete estadístico SPSS.
