Organizational climate and job satisfaction of nursing staff in the intensive care unit at National Arzobispo Loayza Hospital, 2021

Abstract

Determine the association between Organizational Climate and Job Satisfaction of Nursing staff in the intensive care unit area of ​​the Arzobispo Loayza National Hospital 2021. Study with a quantitative approach, non-experimental, descriptive, correlational and cross-sectional design. The study worked with the total population of 66 members of the nursing staff. The data collection technique is the survey and the instrument used is the Likert scale.

Determinar la asociación entre Clima Organizacional y Satisfacción Laboral del personal de Enfermería en el área de unidad de cuidados intensivos del Hospital Nacional Arzobispo Loayza 2021. Estudio de enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño no experimental, descriptivo, correlacional y de corte transversal. En el estudio se trabajó con la población total de 66 integrantes del personal de enfermería. La técnica de recolección de datos es la encuesta y el instrumento utilizado es mediante la escala de Likert.
