Level of patient satisfaction and quality of professional nursing care of the emergency service of the Santa Rosa hospital, Lima - 2021

Abstract

According to the research that was carried out for this work, it shows us the need to continue evaluating the level of patient satisfaction when he is treated with the professionalism that characterizes the nursing staff in the emergency service, despite the limited capacity available and the high demand of patients in their own needs.

De acuerdo a las investigaciones que se tomaron para realizar el presente trabajo nos muestra la necesidad de continuar evaluando el nivel de satisfacción del paciente cuando es atendido con el profesionalismo que caracteriza al personal de enfermería en el servicio de emergencia, a pesar de la capacidad limitada con que se cuenta y la alta demanda de los pacientes en sus propias necesidades.
