Organizational climate and work motivation of the health professional of the Ayacucho hospital, 2021

Abstract

Objective: To determine the relationship between job motivation and organizational climate among healthcare professionals in the Ayacucho region.

Methodology: A deductive method with a quantitative approach, basic type, observational design, and transversal-correlational scope. The population and sample consist of 60 professionals from the medicine service.

Techniques and Instruments: For the variables of organizational climate and job motivation, a survey will be applied using questionnaires. The Cronbach's alpha for the instruments are 0.889 for organizational climate and 0.975 for job motivation, indicating high reliability.

Procedures: To collect data, a request will be made to the head of the nursing department at the Ayacucho hospital for permission to carry out the questionnaires. The collected information will be organized using SPSS software version 25.0.

Statistical Analysis: Descriptive analysis will be conducted, and frequency tables and graphical representations will be developed.

Objetivo: Se determina que existe relación entre la motivación laboral y climaorganizacional del profesional de salud en la región Ayacucho Método deductivo conenfoque Cuantitativo, tipo basica, diseño observacional y transversal- correlacional, lapoblación y muestra está constituida por 60 profesionales del servicio de medicina.Técnicas e Instrumentos: en el variable clima organizacional y motivación laboral seaplicará la encuesta y como instrumento cuestionarios, los que presentan un Alpha deCronbach equivalente a 0,889, y 0,975 respectivamente. Procedimientos: Para larecolección de datos se presentará una solicitud al jefe de departamento de enfermeríadel hospital de Ayacucho solicitando permiso para ejecutar los cuestionarios delproyecto y esta información se organizará en el programa software SPSS versión 25.0.Análisis Estadístico: Para la evaluación descriptiva se desarrollarán tablas defrecuencias, y representaciones gráficas.
