Work stress and the quality of care of the health staff of the emergency service of a clinic in Chincha, 2024

Abstract

Introduction: The analysis will be carried out through the emergency nursing help line and its training will focus on work stress and the quality of care of health personnel, points that are closely related, because there are experts who will discover that the staff health suffers from stress, this will lead him to the task he is doing since the Nursing staff is constantly close to the situation of pain, sadness and death, emotions that can physically and mentally affect the Nursing staff. Objective: Determine the relationship between work stress and the quality of care of the health personnel of the Emergency service of a clinic, chincha, 2024 Materials and method: The approach will be quantitative with a descriptive-correlational scope of a hypothetical deductive method, non-experimental, transversal design, the sample of this study will be 80 patients treated in the emergency service of a clinic in Chincha. Technique and instrument for data collection: 2 questionnaires will be used to measure the variables work stress and quality of care prior authorization and informed consent of the participants. The technique will be the survey. Results: An Excel spreadsheet will be used to create the database collected during the application of the instrument, from there the information will be transferred to the SPSS version 26 statistical package to test the hypothesis and the Spearman Rho test will be applied.

Introducción: El análisis se realizará a través de la línea de ayuda de enfermería de emergencia y Su formación se centrará en el estrés laboral y la calidad de atención del personal de salud, puntos que están íntimamente relacionados, porque hay los expertos descubrirán que el personal de salud sufre de estrés, esto lo conducirá a la tarea que está realizando ya que el personal de Enfermería está en constante cercanía a la situación de dolor tristeza y muerte, emociones que pueden afectar física y mentalmente al personal de Enfermería. Objetivo: Determinar la relación existente entre el Estrés laboral y la calidad de Atención del personal de salud del servicio Emergencia de una Clinica en chincha, 2024 Materiales y método: El enfoque será cuantitativo con alcance descriptivo- correlacional de método hipotético deductivo, diseño no experimental, trasversal, la muestra de este estudio será de 80 pacientes atendidos en el servicio de emergencia de una clínica en chincha. Técnica e instrumento para recolección de datos: Se utilizará 2 cuestionarios para medir las variables estrés laboral y calidad de atención previa autorización y consentimiento informado de los participantes. La técnica será la encuesta. Resultados: Se utilizará una hoja de cálculo de Excel para crear la base de datos recogido durante la aplicación del instrumento de ahí se trasladará la información al paquete estadístico de SPSS versión 26 para contrastar la hipótesis y se procederá aplicar la prueba de Rho de Spearman.
