Lifestyles and level of cardiovascular risk in the health personnel of the hospital of lircay, huancavelica – peru 2021

Abstract

The present investigation is aimed at. Analyze the relationship between lifestyles and the level of cardiovascular risk in the health personnel of Lircay Hospital, Huancavelica - Peru, 2021. He studied corresponds to the quantitative approach. The research is framed according to the time in which they are carried out: sectional or transversal research; The design that guides its realization is non-correlational transverse experimental; The population will be made up of 100% (79) of the appointed health personnel who work at the Lircay Hospital, Huancavelic - Peru, 2021. The technique with which information is collected is the survey and observation with its instruments the questionnaire of lifestyles and the prediction scale cardiovascular risk.

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo. Analizar la relación entre estilos de vida y el nivel de riesgo cardiovascular en el personal de salud del Hospital de Lircay, Huancavelica – Perú, 2021. Él estudió corresponde al enfoque cuantitativo. La investigación está enmarcada según el tiempo en que se efectúan: Investigación Seccional o Transversal; el diseño que orienta su realización es no experimental transversal correlacional; la población estará conformada por el 100% (79) del personal de salud nombrado que labora en el Hospital de Lircay, Huancavelica – Perú, 2021. La técnica con la cual se recaba la información es la encuesta y la observación con sus instrumentos el Cuestionario de estilos de vida y la Escala de predicción de riesgo cardiovascular.
