Gestión del Programa Juntos y Bienestar en los hogares afiliados del distrito de San Martín de Pangoa, Satipo, región Junín, periodo 2023

Abstract

El objetivo de este estudio fue determinar cómo la Gestión del Programa Juntos se relaciona con el bienestar de los hogares afiliados del distrito de San Martín de Pangoa, Satipo, región Junín, periodo 2023. Fue hipotético-deductivo, de tipo aplicada y de nivel correlacional, el enfoque cuantitativo y el diseño no experimental y transversal. La población fue de 3173 hogares beneficiados para el año 2023 y la muestra fue de 343 familias afiliadas. Se utilizó la encuesta como técnica y como instrumento el cuestionario. Se aplicó la confiabilidad tipo consistencia interna, para el cálculo de la confiabilidad de los instrumentos se aplicó el cálculo estadístico Alfa de Crombach. En cuanto al plan de procesamiento y análisis de datos se usó la herramienta SPSS 26. Los resultados fueron la no existencia de relación entre la variable Gestión del Programa Juntos y la variable Bienestar en los Hogares en la comunidad del distrito de San Martín de Pangoa, Satipo, debido a su Sig., de 0,826, mayor a 0.005 de error y un coeficiente correlacional de la prueba de Spearman (rho= 0.012). Concluyendo que, se tiene certeza estadística apta para aseverar que no hay relación entre la variable estudiadas.

The objective of this study was to determine how the Management of the Juntos Program is related to the well-being of affiliated households in the district of San Martín de Pangoa, Satipo, Junín region, period 2023. Regarding the methodology, it was hypothetical-deductive, type applied and correlational level, the quantitative approach and the non-experimental and transversal design. The population was considered to be 3,173 households benefiting from the Juntos Program for the year 2023. The sample and sampling are probabilistic and simple random applied to 343 families affiliated with the program. For this case, the survey was used as a technique and the questionnaire as an instrument. Internal consistency type reliability was applied, to calculate the reliability of the instruments the Cronbach´s Alpha statistical calculation was applied. Regarding the data processing and analysis plan, the SPSS 26 tool was used. The results were the non-existence of a relationship between the variable Management of the Juntos Program and the variable Wellbeing in Homes in the community of the district of San Martín de Pangoa, Satipo, Junín region, because a Sig. result of 0.826 was obtained, greater than 0.005 error and a correlation coefficient of the Spearman test (rho= 0.012). It is concluded that there is statistical certainty suitable to assert that there is no relationship between the variable Management of the Juntos Program and the variable Wellbeing in Homes in the community of the district of San Martín de Pangoa, Satipo, Junín region for the period 20.
