Factors related to the quality of the nursing notes registry of postoperative patients at the San Juan de Lurigancho Hospital, 2022.

Abstract

Introduction: The clinical history refers to a document of utmost importance in the health process. It is mandatory, private and strictly confidential, where the care provided is recorded in detail, it has a legal value, it is essential that the nurse understands the value of the clinical history in their daily care. Objective: to determine the relationship between personal and institutional factors and the quality of the nursing notes record of postoperative patients at the San Juan de Lurigancho Hospital, 2022. Methodology: it will be applied, deductive, transactional, quantitative, non-experimental, correlational, hypothetical. The quantitative study will allow that once the data is collected, a statistical contrast can be made with the hypothesis raised by the study, serving as a theoretical basis for future research and this will allow to assess the quality achieved by nursing files in postoperative patients using and adapting the instruments used in this research. The sample will be made up of 80 nurses working in the surgery and gynecology section of the San Juan de Lurigancho hospital and 80 clinical history records. Two instruments will be applied, for the first variable the survey on personal and institutional factors will be applied consisting of 20 items in order to measure its dimensions, to measure the second variable a checklist on the quality of the nursing notes record consisting of 26 items will be used to measure the dimensions such as structure and content. The information obtained will be processed statistically through the SPSS 25.0 program. Through the Spearman correlation test the correlation of both variables will be measured.

Introducción: la historia clínica refiere a un documento de suma importancia en el proceso de salud. Es de naturaleza obligatoria, privada y de estricta confidencialidad, donde se registran de forma detallada los cuidados brindados, tiene un valor legal, es indispensable que el enfermero entienda el valor de la historia clínica en sus atenciones diarias. Objetivo: determinar cuál es la relación entre los factores personales e institucionales y la calidad del registro de notas de enfermería de pacientes postoperados del Hospital San Juan de Lurigancho, 2022. Metodología: será aplicado, deductivo, transeccional, cuantitativa, no experimental, correlacional, hipotética. El estudio cuantitativo va a permitir que una vez recolectado los datos se pueda hacer una contrastación estadística con la hipótesis planteada del estudio, sirviendo de base teórica a futuras investigaciones y ello permitirá valorar la calidad que alcanzan los archivos de enfermería en pacientes post operatorios utilizando y adaptando los instrumentos empleados en esta investigación. la muestra será conformada por 80 enfermeros que laboran en la sección de cirugía y ginecología del nosocomio San Juan de Lurigancho y de 80 registros de historial clínico. Se aplicarán dos instrumentos, para la primera variable se aplicará la encuesta sobre factores personales e institucionales conformada por 20 ítems a fin de medir sus dimensiones, para medir la segunda variable se usará un listado de chequeo sobre calidad del registro de notas de enfermería conformada por 26 ítems para medir las dimensiones como estructura y contenido. la información obtenida será procesada estadísticamente a través del programa del programa SPSS 25.0. Por medio de la prueba correlación de Spearman se medirá la correlación de ambas variables.
