Gestión municipal y calidad en el proceso de áreas verdes, Distrito de Villa El Salvador, Lima Perú, 2023

Abstract

Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar como la Gestión Municipal influye en la Calidad en el proceso de las áreas verdes en el Distrito de Villa El Salvador, Lima Perú 2023. La investigación tuvo una metodología enfocada a la investigación aplicada, situado bajo el método de investigación hipotético -deductivo, de enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño no experimental donde operan dos variables, la gestión municipal y la calidad del proceso de las áreas verde, que afirma la influencia existente de una variable sobre la otra. La población objetivo del estudio es de tipo infinita y estuvo conformada por una muestra de 384 pobladores de la Urbanización de Brisas de Villa en el Distrito de Villa el Salvador. La técnica utilizada fue la encuesta cuyo instrumento fue el cuestionario, el cual tuvo una consistencia alfa de cronbach para la variable Gestión municipal de 0,74, para variable Calidad en el proceso de las áreas verdes de 0,614 y para ambas variables de 0,809. La significancia es menor de 0,05 (sig.< 0,05) por lo tanto se acepta la hipótesis general de la investigación en donde la Gestión municipal influye significativamente en la Calidad del proceso de las áreas verdes en el Distrito de villa El salvador, Lima Perú, 2023. Por lo tanto, cuando exista la presencia de una buena Gestión municipal existirá como consecuencia una buena Calidad en el proceso de las áreas verdes en la municipalidad de estudio.

This research had the general objective of determining how Municipal Management influences the Quality in the process of green areas in the District of Villa El Salvador, Lima Peru 2023. The research had a methodology focused on applied research, located under the method of hypothetical-deductive research, with a quantitative approach, with a non-experimental design where two variables operate, municipal management and the quality of the green area process, which affirms the existing influence of one variable on the other. The target population of the study is infinite and was made up of a sample of 384 settlers from the Brisas de Villa Urbanization in the District of Villa el Salvador. The technique used was the survey whose instrument was the questionnaire, which had a Cronbach's alpha consistency for the Municipal Management variable of 0.74, for the Quality variable in the green areas process of 0.614 and for both variables of 0.809. The significance is less than 0.05 (sig. < 0.05) therefore the general hypothesis of the research is accepted where municipal management significantly influences the quality of the process of green areas in the District of Villa El Salvador. Lima Peru, 2023. Therefore, when there is the presence of good municipal Management, there will be, as a consequence, good Quality in the process of green areas in the study municipality.
