Resumen
The quality of care is universally well known and a priority application at all organizational levels. In this sense, the quality of health care is the optimization of the processes in the provision of health with high quality standards in the diagnosis and treatment of the patient; in such a way to reduce the possible incidents and adverse events that can complicate the patient; therefore, it must be a commitment that must be assumed by the multidisciplinary team. The objective of the research is "to determine the level of patient satisfaction regarding the quality of care of the nursing staff in the Emergency service of an EsSalud Hospital. Lima-2023”. The method used will be a hypothetical - deductive, quantitative, observational, basic, descriptive, observational, non-experimental, cross-sectional study. The sample will be selected probabilistically and will consist of 359 users (patients) who attend the hospital in an emergency situation. The technique used will be surveys and its instrument, the SERVQUAL questionnaire, was modified by the MINSA for health establishments, said instruments to be used will be valid and reliable with high consistency. The study will be carried out between October, November and December 2023. The data obtained will be classification, classification, tabulation and, if pertinent, with coding using Excel 2013 information systems and the data analysis will be using SPSS 28. The results They will be illustrated in tables and graphs as appropriate, then they will be analyzed and interpreted, later they will be discussed. Spearman's Rho statistical test will be used as it is a descriptive study of unparamented data.
Resumen
La calidad de atención universalmente es muy conocido y de aplicación prioritaria en todo nivel organizacional. En tal sentido, la calidad de atención en salud es la optimización de los procesos en la prestación de salud con altos estándares de calidad en el diagnóstico y tratamiento del paciente; de tal manera reducir los posibles incidentes y eventos adversos que puedan complicar al paciente, por lo tanto debe ser un compromiso que deben asumidos por el equipo multidisciplinario. El objetivo de la investigación es “determinar el nivel de satisfacción del paciente sobre la calidad de atención del personal de enfermería en el servicio de Emergencia de un Hospital de EsSalud. Lima-2023”. El método empleado será un estudio será hipotético - deductivo, cuantitativa, observacional, básica, descriptivo, observacional no experimental, transversal. La muestra será seleccionada probabilistamente y estará constituida por 359 usuarios (pacientes) que concurren en situación de emergencia al hospital. La técnica empleada será encuetas y su instrumento el cuestionario SERVQUAL fue modificada por el MINSA para los establecimientos de salud, dichos instrumentos a emplearse serán válidos y confiables de alta consistencia. El estudio se ejecutará entre octubre, noviembre y diciembre del 2023. Los datos obtenidos serán calificación, clasificación, tabulación y de ser pertinente con la codificación empleando sistemas de información de Excel 2013 y el análisis de los datos será empleando el SPSS 28. Los resultados serán ilustrados en tablas y gráficos según corresponda, luego serán analizados e interpretados, posteriormente serán discutidos. Se empleará la prueba de estadística Rho de Spearman por ser un estudio descriptivo de datos no paramentados.
