This study aimed to: Determine the relationship between coping strategies and quality of life in patients undergoing renal replacement therapy (hemodialysis) at a National Hospital in Lima. Methodology: Hypothetical-deductive method, non-experimental design, quantitative, descriptive method, applied correlation method, transversal method; The sample will be made up of 50 patients and the tool used for the research work will be the “Coping Strategies ScaleRevised”. (EEC-R)" "Coping Strategies", the first instrument for patients with the questionnaire and the SF-36 questionnaire that measure quality of life, has been validated with a Cronbach's Alpha value of 9.76; while the reliability of the "Quality of Life" questionnaire. The questionnaire was 9.66, the reliability of both instruments is high and the data collection takes around 30 minutes for the participants. Likewise, Kolmogorov analysis will be used to contract the hypothesis. -Smirnov.
Resumen
Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre estrategias de afrontamiento y calidad de vida en pacientes sometidos a terapia de reemplazo renal (hemodiálisis) de un Hospital Nacional de Lima. Metodología: Método hipotético-deductivo, diseño no experimental, método cuantitativo, descriptivo, método de correlación aplicada, método transversal; la muestra estará conformada por 50 pacientes y la herramienta utilizada para el trabajo de investigación será la “Escala de Estrategias de Afrontamiento-Revisada”. (EEC-R)“ “Coping Strategies“, el primer instrumento para pacientes con el cuestionario y el cuestionario SF-36 que miden la calidad de vida, ha sido validado con un valor Alfa de Cronbach de 9,76; mientras que la confiabilidad del cuestionario “Calidad de Vida “El cuestionario fue de 9,66, la confiabilidad de ambos instrumentos es alta y la recolección de datos toma alrededor de 30 minutos para los participantes. Así mismo para la contratación de la hipótesis se empleará el análisis de Kolmogórov-Smirnov.
