Organizational climate and satisfaction of the nursing professional working in the emergency service of a public hospital in Amazonas, 2023

Abstract

The general objective of this research is to determine the relationship between organizational climate and the satisfaction of the nursing professional working in the emergency department of a public hospital, 2023. Materials and Methods: hypothetical-deductive, quantitative approach, non-experimental design, correlational and transversal level. Population The population will be made up of 80 nurses in the emergency area. Application of two questionnaires, designed and adapted by Zevallos S. in the year 2023, where it was validated by three expert judgments, whose KMO coefficient value of 0.87 indicates a very high criterion validity for variable 1 and KMO coefficient value is quite high (0.88) for variable 2. As for reliability, Cronbach's alpha value of 0.902 for variable 1 and Cronbach's alpha value of 0.768 for variable 2. Microsoft Excel and SSPS programs will be used for data processing. The conclusions will be presented together with the theoretical framework in statistical tables and graphs for analysis and discussion. Finally, frequency tables and graphs will be used to analyze and interpret the data. The two variables will be compared using a normality test, and the correlation coefficient will be calculated using Spearman's Rho statistic and an inference test.

La presente investigación se ha propuesto como Objetivo general: Determinar la relación entre clima organizacional y la satisfacción del profesional de enfermería que trabaja en el servicio de emergencia de un Hospital Público, 2023. Materiales y Métodos: hipotético- deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental, nivel correlacional y transversal. Población La población estará conformada por 80 enfermeras (os) del área de emergencia. Aplicación de dos cuestionarios, diseñados y adaptados por Zevallos S. en el año 2023, donde fue validado por tres juicios de expertos, cuyo valor del coeficiente KMO de 0,87 indicando una validez de criterio muy para la variable 1 y valor del coeficiente KMO es bastante alto (0,88) para la variable 2. En cuanto a la confiablidad valor de 0,902 de Alfa de Cronbach para variable 1 y 0,768 del alfa de Cronbach para variable 2. Para el tratamiento de los datos se utilizarán los programas Microsoft Excel y SSPS. Las conclusiones se presentarán junto con el marco teórico en tablas y gráficos estadísticos para su análisis y debate. Por último, se utilizarán tablas de frecuencias y gráficos para analizar e interpretar los datos. Las dos variables se compararán mediante una prueba de normalidad, y el coeficiente de correlación se calculará mediante el estadístico Rho de Spearman y una prueba de inferencia.
