Nursing management of postoperative pain and satisfaction in patients of the post-anesthetic recovery unit of the Barranca hospital Cajatambo, 2023

Abstract

Objective: To establish the relationship between nursing management of postoperative pain and satisfaction in patients in the post-anesthesia recovery unit of the Barranca Cajatambo hospital, 2023. Methodology: Study with a quantitative approach, cross-sectional and correlational design. The population will be made up of 1800 postoperative patients, the sample will be made up of 217 patients, through a probabilistic sampling. Data collection techniques and instruments: For both variables, the survey and the questionnaire will be used as instruments; Data collection will take place over a period of 2 months, from February to March 2023, then the data will be processed and analyzed through the SPSS Version 25.0 program. Statistical Analysis: The tables of frequencies or percentages will be used for the descriptive analysis and for the verification of the hypothesis the inferential statistics will be used, according to the analysis of the normality of the data, the nature of the variable and the scale of their measurement, parametric or non-parametric tests will be applied as appropriate.

Objetivo: Establecer la relación entre el manejo enfermero del dolor posoperatorio y satisfacción en pacientes de la unidad de recuperación postanestésica del hospital Barranca Cajatambo, 2023. Metodología: Estudio de enfoque cuantitativo, de corte transversal y diseño correlacional. La población estará conformada por 1800 pacientes posoperados, la muestra la constituirá 217 pacientes, a través de un muestreo probabilístico. Técnicas e Instrumentos de recolección de datos: Para ambas variables se utilizará la encuesta y el cuestionario como instrumento; la recolección de datos se realizará en un periodo de 2 meses, de febrero a marzo del 2023, luego los datos serán procesados y analizados a través del programa SPSS Versión 25.0. Análisis Estadístico: Se empleará para el análisis descriptivo las tablas de frecuencias o porcentajes y para la verificación de la hipótesis empleará la estadística inferencial, de acuerdo al análisis de la normalidad de datos, la naturaleza de la variable y la escala de medición de las mismas, se aplicarán las pruebas paramétricas o no paramétricas según corresponda.
