Organizational climate and job satisfaction in the nursing professional at the sterilization center of the Iren Centro; Huancayo 2022

Abstract

The objective of this research will be to determine the relationship between the organizational climate and job satisfaction in the nursing professional of the Sterilization Center of the IREN Center; Huancayo 2022. Methodological design: The type of research is applied, hypothetical-deductive method, non-experimental design, correlational level, and transversal. Population: It will be 80 nursing professionals who work in the Sterilization Center of the IREN Center, Huancayo. Sample: It will be made up of 80 nurses. The survey technique and the instruments will be used: Organizational Climate Inventory, WHO/PAHO model (1998) and Job Satisfaction Questionnaire for health professionals, created by the psychologist Sonia Palma Carrillo. Data processing and analysis: It will be carried out through the application of descriptive statistics that will present the results in frequency tables and inferential statistics through the application of Spearman's Rho test to verify the hypotheses raised in the investigation.

El objetivo de la presente investigación será determinar la relación entre el clima organizacional y la satisfacción laboral en el profesional de enfermería de la Central de Esterilización del IREN Centro; Huancayo 2022. Diseño metodológico: El tipo de investigación es aplicada, método hipotético-deductivo, diseño no experimental nivel correlacional, y trasversal. Población: Será de 80 profesionales de enfermería que laboran en la Central de Esterilización del IREN Centro, Huancayo. Muestra: Estará conformada por las 80 enfermeras. Se usará la técnica de la encuesta y los instrumentos: Inventario de clima organizacional, modelo OMS/OPS (1998) y Cuestionario de satisfacción laboral de los profesionales de salud, creado por la psicóloga Sonia Palma Carrillo. Procesamiento y análisis de datos: Se realizará mediante la aplicación de la estadística descriptiva que presentará los resultados en tablas de frecuencias y la estadística inferencial mediante la aplicación de la prueba Rho de Spearman para comprobar las hipótesis planteadas en la investigación.
