Level of knowledge and its relationship with the attitudes of humanized care of the nursing professional in the general surgery service of the National Hospital Hipólito Unanue Lima, 2023

Abstract

The study presented as its central purpose to know the relationship of knowledge and attitudes of the nurse in post-operative care in abdominal surgery patients in a national hospital in Lima 2023. Material and Method: the study was quantitative, since the results They were numerically and with the possibility of being replicable, since they were carried out in a certain time and space by studying the variables simultaneously, finally, it was correlational, because the linear relationship of the variables was analyzed and found. variables, in addition, the degrees of each of them were evidenced based on a descriptive analysis. On the other hand, the participants were all nursing professionals from the post-surgical care service. In this sense, in the collection of literature, the interview and a Likert-type questionnaire were used to determine the level of knowledge and nursing attitudes.

El estudio presentó como propósito central conocer la relación del conocimiento y actitudes de la enfermera en el cuidado post - operatorio en pacientes de cirugía abdominal en un hospital nacional de Lima 2023. Material y Método: el estudio fue de tipo cuantitativo, ya que los resultados fueron de forma numérica y con posibilidad de poder ser replicables, ya que, su realización fue en un determinado tiempo y espacio al estudiar las variables de forma simultánea, por último, fue correlacional, debido a que se analizó y halló la relación lineal de las variables, además, se evidenció los grados de cada una de ellas en base a un análisis descriptivo. Por otro lado, los participantes fueron todos los profesionales de enfermería del servicio de cuidados post quirúrgicos. En ese sentido, en la recolección de la literatura se manejó la entrevista y un cuestionario tipo Likert para la determinación del nivel de conocimiento y las actitudes de enfermería.
