Level of knowledge and its relationship with the application of the high‐level disinfectant of the nursing worker of the surgical center of hospital Minsa Moyobamba 2023

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the relationship of the level of knowledge with the application of the high-level disinfectant that the nursing staff of the Surgical Center of the Hospital Minsa Moyobamba 2023 have. This approach will use a descriptive, quantitative, relational and non-experimental design. Methodology. The investigation is deductive because its approach is a description of the process of construction of scientific knowledge. The sample will be made up of 80 nursing workers, of which 33 are nursing graduates and 47 are nursing technicians and assistants; the type of sampling will be non-probabilistic, at the discretion of the researchers; Data will be collected using survey methods and instruments will be analyzed according to three definitions: adequacy, relevance and clarity. They will be analyzed using Spearman's correlation because the data to be obtained will be qualitative.

Objetivo: Analizar la relación del nivel de conocimiento con la aplicación del desinfectante de alto nivel que tiene el personal de enfermería de Centro Quirúrgico del Hospital Minsa Moyobamba 2023. Este enfoque utilizará un diseño descriptivo, cuantitativo, relacional y no experimental. Metodología. La investigación es deductiva porque su enfoque es descripción del proceso de construcción del conocimiento científico. La muestra estará compuesta por 80 trabajadores de enfermería, de las cuales 33 son licenciados en enfermería y 47 entre técnicos y auxiliares de enfermería; el tipo de muestreo será no probabilístico, a juicio y criterio de los investigadores; los datos se recopilarán utilizando métodos de encuesta y los instrumentos se analizarán de acuerdo con tres definiciones: idoneidad, pertinencia y claridad. Se analizarán usando la correlación de Spearman por porque los datos a obtener serán cualitativos.
