Perception of humanized care and satisfaction of the patient's family member of the Intensive Care Unit of the Regional Hospital of Ayacucho, 2022

Abstract

Objective: “To determine the relationship that exists between the perception of humanized care and satisfaction of the family member of the patient in the Intensive Care Unit.” Population: will be 46 relatives of patients hospitalized in the Intensive Care Unit of the Ayacucho Regional Hospital. Methodological design: the type of research will be applied. The method will be deductive, observational, descriptive and transversal. The design that will be used will be correlational. Instruments: it will be the Perception of humanized care questionnaire composed of 4 dimensions and 22 dimensions, reliable through Crombach's alpha 0.789. The Family Satisfaction questionnaire composed of 3 dimensions and 19 items, reliable through Crombach's alpha 0.853. The data collection technique will be the survey. Data processing and analysis: It will be carried out through the application of the statistical description that will present the results according to levels and the inferential statistics through the application of the Chi square test to verify the hypothesis raised in the study.

Objetivo: “Determinar la relación que existe entre percepción del cuidado humanizado y satisfacción del familiar del paciente de la Unidad de cuidados intensivos”. Población: será de 46 familiares de pacientes hospitalizados en la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos del Hospital Regional de Ayacucho. Diseño metodológico: el tipo de investigación será aplicada. El método será deductivo, observacional, descriptivo y trasversal. El diseño que se utilizará será correlacional. Instrumentos: será el cuestionario de Percepción del cuidado humanizado compuesto por 4 dimensiones y 22 dimensiones, confiable mediante alpha de Crombach 0,789. El cuestionario de Satisfacción familiar compuesto por 3 dimensiones y 19 ítems, confiable mediante alpha de Crombach 0,853. La técnica de recolección de datos será la encuesta. Procesamiento y análisis de datos: Se realizará mediante la aplicación de la descripción estadística que presentará según niveles los resultados y la estadística inferencial mediante la aplicación de la prueba Chi cuadrado para comprobar la hipótesis planteada en el estudio.
