Resumen
This research study will have a quantitative approach. Non-experimental design since there will be no manipulation by the researcher. Likewise, the study method will be descriptive cross-sectional, since the behavior of the variable at a specific time and place will be described based on the observation of newborn medical records (26). The population will be made up of 150 Clinical Records of full-term newborns with a diagnosis of neonatal jaundice in the months of April to November 2020 according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The technique that will be used is observation since the necessary information will be obtained from the medical records; having as an instrument a data collection sheet, for measuring the associated factors. The next instrument to be used is an instrument validated by five experts, it met the content, criterion and construct validity, the Cronbach coefficient of 0.89 was used, which proves the high reliability between the items, by the author Cosser K ( 20), used in 2019.
Resumen
El presente estudio de investigación será de enfoque cuantitativo. De diseño no experimental ya que no habrá manipulación por el investigador. Asimismo, el método de estudio será descriptivo de corte transversal, ya que se describirá el comportamiento de la variable en un momento y lugar específico basado en la observación de las historias clínicas de recién nacido (26). La población estará integrada por 150 Historias Clínicas de recién nacidos a términos con diagnóstico de ictericia neonatal en los meses de Abril a Noviembre del 2020 según los criterios de inclusión y exclusión. La técnica que se utilizará, es la observación ya que se obtendrán la información necesaria a partir de las historias clínicas; teniendo como instrumento una ficha de recolección de datos, para la medición de los factores asociados. El siguiente instrumento a utilizar, es un instrumento validado por cinco expertos, la cumplió con la validez de contenido, criterio y constructo, se utilizó el coeficiente de Cronbach de 0.89, que prueba la alta confiabilidad entre los ítems, por la autora Cosser K (20), utilizada en el año 2019.
