Quality of care provided by the nurse and mothers' satisfaction in the child growth and development and immunization clinic at the Pachacamac Health Center 2022

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between quality of nursing care and the satisfaction of mothers in the child's growth and development immunization clinic at the Pachacamac 2022 Health Center. It could be developed according to the investigation of the study variables. The methodology had hypothetical and deductive methods, it was quantitative, basic descriptive, cross-sectional observational. Its population was made up of 280 mothers from whom a sample of the finite populations was taken, which resulted in 81 people involved who participated in the study, the technique was surveys and the instruments were questionnaires, these instruments were taken from other authors of the which they have already validated and has its reliability, nurse specialists validated and had a percentage of Cronbach's alpha for the quality variable is 0.942 and for the satisfaction variable it was 0.821. Which shows that the instruments are reliable. Likewise, an Excel spreadsheet will be used to pass the information obtained from the application of the instrument.

En la presente investigación tuvo como finalidad de determinar la relación entre calidad de atención de enfermería y la satisfacción de las madres en el consultorio de crecimiento y desarrollo de inmunizaciones del niño en el Centro de Salud Pachacamac 2022. Se pudo desarrollar conforme a la indagación de las variables del estudio. La metodología tuvo como métodos el hipotético y deductivo, fue cuantitativa, tipo básico descriptivo, observacional de corte transversal. Estuvo conformada su población por 280 madres de las cuales se sacó una muestra las poblaciones finitas lo que resulto un 81 personas involucradas que participaron del estudio, la técnica fue las encuestas y como instrumentos fueron los cuestionarios, estos instrumentos fueron tomados de otros autores de los cuales ellos ya han validado y tiene su confiabilidad, validaron especialistas enfermeras y tuvo un porcentaje de el alfa de Cronbach para la variable calidad es de 0,942 y para la variable satisfacción fue de 0,821. Lo que manifiesta que los instrumentos son confiables, Asimismo se utilizara una hoja de cálculo Excel para pasar la información que se llegue obtener de la aplicación del instrumento.
