Physical risks and their relationship with the health of nursing staff who work in the sterilization center in an EsSalud hospital, 2022

Abstract

The objective of this research study will be: To determine the relationship between physical risks and the health of nursing staff of the sterilization center of the Marino Molina Scippa Hospital in Comas 2023. The method to be used in this study will be hypothetical – deductive, it will be a study of quantitative approach, non-experimental design, correlational scope. The data will be collected through the survey technique and observation, the population will be made up of 43 nursing staff of the Molina Scippa Marine Hospital, will use a collection instrument for physical risks and a questionnaire to identify the dangers faced to the health of the personnel prepared by Rocío Vargas in the year 2022. Once the data is obtained, it will be tabulated, transferred to Excel, where SPSS software version 22.0 will be used. Subsequently, a descriptive and inferential analysis will be carried out based on the hypotheses raised.

El presente estudio de investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la relación existente entre los riesgos físicos y la salud del personal de enfermería de la central de esterilización del Hospital Marino Molina Scippa de Comas 2023, el método que se utilizó en este estudio es hipotético deductivo, es un estudio de enfoque no experimental de alcance no correlacional. Los datos se recolectaron a través de la técnica de encuesta y observación, la población está conformada por 43 enfermeras del hospital Marino Molina Scippa, se utilizó un instrumento de recolección para riesgos físicos y un cuestionario para identificar el peligro que enfrenta la salud del personal elaborado por Rocio Vargas en el año 2022. Una vez obtenido los datos se tabularon y se trasladaron a excel donde se utilizó el software SPSS versión 23.0. Posteriormente se realizó un análisis descriptivo e inferencial en base a las hipótesis planteadas.
