Humanized nursing care and its relationship with the satisfaction of post-operative patients in the recovery service in a Private Clinic in San Borja - Lima 2022

Abstract

The present investigation had as general objective to analyze the relationship between Humanized Nursing Care and the satisfaction of post-operative patients in the recovery service in a private clinic in San Borja - Lima 2022 for which a hypothetical deductive method was used, a type of applied research and a non-experimental design in a sample of 80 post-operative patients in the recovery service in a private clinic in San Borja - Lima 2022 to whom two questionnaires were applied that had the purpose of measuring the research variables, which complied with the corresponding validity and reliability. The results showed through the Spearman Rho statistic the existence of a coefficient of 0.866; as well as a significance less than 0.05 (p = < 0.05). It was concluded that there is a positive and considerable correlation between humanized nursing care and the satisfaction of post-operative patients in the recovery service in a private clinic in San Borja - Lima 2022.

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo general analizar la relación entre el Cuidado humanizado de enfermería y la satisfacción de los pacientes post operados en el servicio de recuperación en una clínica privada en san Borja – Lima 2022 para lo cual se utilizó un método hipotético deductivo, un tipo de investigación aplicada y un diseño no experimental en una muestra de 80 pacientes post operados en el servicio de recuperación en una clínica privada en san Borja – Lima 2022 a quienes se les aplicó dos cuestionarios que tenían por finalidad medir las variables de investigación, los cuales cumplieron con la validez y confiabilidad correspondientes. Los resultados arrojaron mediante el estadígrafo Rho de Spearman la existencia de un coeficiente de 0.866; así como también una significancia inferior a 0.05 (p=<0.05). Se concluyó que existe correlación positiva y considerable entre el cuidado humanizado de enfermería y la satisfacción de los pacientes post operados en el servicio de recuperación en una clínica privada en san Borja – Lima 2022.
