Resumen
Objective: "To determine the relationship that exists between emotional intelligence and the work performance of the Nursing professional", population will be made up of 90 nursing professionals, who work in the Emergency Service of the Carlos Alberto Seguin Escobedo National Hospital. Sample: the total population, Methodological Design: The type of research will be applied. Design will be observational, descriptive, correlational, prospective and cross-sectional. Instruments: To evaluate the variable "Emotional Intelligence" the BAR Emotional Quotient inventory will be used and to evaluate the variable "Job Performance" the questionnaire taken as a reference to the job performance questionnaire developed by the researcher Machillanda (2005) will be applied. The data collection technique will be the survey. Statistical processing and data analysis: it will be carried out using descriptive techniques and frequencies expressed in percentages, the statistical analysis will be according to its distribution through parametric statistical tests (Pearson's correlation) or non-parametric (Spearman's Rho correlation).
Resumen
“Determinar la relación que existe entre la inteligencia emocional y el desempeño laboral del profesional de Enfermería”, población estará constituida por 90 profesionales de enfermería, que trabajan en el Servicio de emergencia del Hospital Nacional Carlos Alberto Seguin Escobedo. Muestra: el total de la población, Diseño Metodológico: El tipo de investigación será aplicada. Diseño será observacional, descriptivo, correlacional, prospectivo y transversal. Instrumentos: Para evaluar la variable “Inteligencia Emocional” se utilizará el inventario de Cociente Emocional BAR y para evaluar la variable “Desempeño Laboral ” se aplicará el cuestionario tomado de referencia el cuestionario de desempeño laboral desarrollado por la investigadora Machillanda (2005) . La técnica de recolección de datos será la encuesta. Procesamiento estadístico y análisis de datos: se realizará mediante técnicas descriptivas y frecuencias expresadas en porcentajes, el análisis estadístico será según sea su distribución a través de pruebas estadísticas paramétricas (Correlación de pearson) o no paramétricas (Correlación Rho de Spearman).
