Work overload and job satisfaction of the nursing professional in the emergency service of a hospital of the Ministry of Health, Callao-2023

Abstract

The research project will be developed in the line of nursing research in emergencies and disasters, its development will be focused on work overload, which is the constant and excessive indication of activities to an employee. This becomes a threat, negatively affecting the worker. Objective: Determine the relationship between work overload and job satisfaction of the nursing professional in the emergency service of the hospital of the Ministry of Health, Callao 2023. Method, the research project will be quantitative, transversal, applied and correlational. The sample will consist of 70 professional nurses from the emergency service. The data collection technique will be the survey and to obtain Information a reliable questionnaire will be used, validated by experts, which was adapted and used by Loza in 2020 to measure the proposed variables. To process the collected data, the SPSS version 26 program will be used and finally the study hypotheses will be evaluated using Spearman’s correlation formula according to the qualitative origin of the variables of this project.

El proyecto de investigación se desarrollará en la línea de investigación enfermera en emergencia y desastres, su elaboración estará enfocada en la sobrecarga en la sobrecarga laboral que es la indicación constante y excesiva de actividades aun empleado. Esto se vuelve una amenazada afectando negativamente al trabajador. Objetivo: Determinar la relacionar de la sobrecarga con la satisfacción en el trabajo del profesional de enfermería del servicio de emergencia de un hospital de ministerio de salud, callao 2023. Método, el proyecto de investigación será cuantitativo, transversal, tipo aplicada y correlacional, la muestra estará constituida por 70 enfermeros profesionales del servicio de emergencia. La técnica de recolección de datos será la encuesta y para la obtención de información se utilizará un cuestionario confiable, validado por expertos, que fue acomodado y utilizado por Loza el 2020 para poder medir las variables planteadas. Para el proceso de los datos recopilados se usará el programa SPSS versión 26 y finalmente las hipótesis del estudio se evaluarán por medio de la fórmula de correlación de spearman según la procedencia cualitativa de las variables del presente proyecto.
