Knowledge about the traceability process and the practice of the nursing professional of the sterilization center, of the National Maternal Perinatal Institute, Lima 2023

Abstract

Objective: To determine the level of knowledge about the traceability process and its influence on the practice of nursing staff. Methodology: The method will be hypothetical-deductive, quantitative approach, applied type, cross-sectional correlational non-experimental design. The population will be made up of 45 people who make up the nursing staff who work in the Central Sterilization Center of the Lima National Maternal Perinatal Institute, the sample will be census because it is a small population. Two instruments will be used for data collection. The instrument to collect the information will be a questionnaire on a Likert scale, it is made up of 17 items, the dimensions under study are represented in its structure, and an observation of the records will also be made. used within the Central Sterilization Unit, on the other hand, once the information is collected, the data will be processed in the statistical program SPSS V26, frequency tables, tables and/or graphs will be obtained; In addition, the hypotheses will be contrasted with Spearman's Rho Statistical Correlation Test, having a significance level of p < 0.05.

Objetivo: Determinar el nivel de conocimiento sobre el proceso de trazabilidad y su influencia en la práctica del personal de enfermería. Metodología: El método será hipotético–deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, tipo aplicada, diseño no experimental correlacional de corte transversal, La población estará constituida por 45 personas que conforman el personal de enfermería que trabajan en la Central de Esterilización del Instituto Nacional Materno Perinatal Lima, la muestra será censal por ser una población pequeña. Para la recolección de datos se utilizarán dos instrumentos El instrumento para realizar la recogida de la información será un cuestionario en escala de Likert, está conformado por 17 reactivos, en su estructura están representadas las dimensiones en estudio, asimismo se realizará una observación de los registros utilizados dentro de la Unidad de Central de Esterilización, por otra parte, una vez recolectada la información, los datos serán procesados en el programa estadístico SPSS V26, se obtendrán tablas de frecuencia, tablas y/o gráficos; además, las hipótesis serán contrastadas con la Prueba Estadística de Correlación Rho de Spearman, teniendo un nivel de significancia de p < 0.05.
