Quality of nursing care and level of satisfaction of hemodialysis patients in a hospital in Junín - 2023

Abstract

The author proposed as the objective of this research to determine the quality of care and the level of satisfaction of hemodialysis patients attending a hospital in the Junín region of Peru. The study method to be used will be quantitative, applied research type, with non-experimental design, correlational level and cross-sectional cut; the study population consisted of 100 users receiving hemodialysis treatment; the technique to be used will be the survey and the instrument to be used will be the questionnaire; one to measure the variable quality of care and the other to measure satisfaction. Both instruments were validated and have an adequate coefficient to be used in this work. The data that will be collected will be processed through SPSS version 25 and the results will be expressed in tables and charts respectively. To determine the relationship between variables, the Spearman Correlation Test (Rho) will be applied.

La autora planteó como objetivo de la presente investigación determinar la calidad de la atención y el nivel de satisfacción de pacientes de hemodiálisis que asistan a un hospital de la región Junín en Perú. El método de estudio que se empleará será el cuantitativo, tipo de investigación aplicado, con diseño no experimental, nivel correlacional y corte transversal; la población de estudio estuvo conformado por 100 usuarios que reciben tratamiento de hemodiálisis; la técnica a emplear será la encuesta y el instrumento a utilizar será el cuestionario; uno para medir la variable calidad de la atención y otro para medir la satisfacción. Ambos instrumentos fueron validados y poseen un coeficiente adecuado para ser usado en este trabajo. Los datos que serán recolectados se procesarán a través de la versión 25 del SPSS y cuyos resultados serán expresados en tablas y cuadros respectivamente. Para determinar la relación entre variables se realizará por medio de la aplicación de la Prueba de Correlación de Spearman (Rho).
