Effective communication and work performance of health professionals in the home care program (PADOMI) EsSalud Lima 2023

Abstract

Objective: "Determine the relationship between effective communication and the work performance of health professionals", total population is 160 health professionals including doctors, nurses and physical therapists who work in the home care program "PADOMI EsSalud Lime". Sample is made up of 113 professionals of the total population. Methodological design: The type of research will be applied. Observational, correlational, descriptive and cross-sectional design. Instruments: To evaluate the "Effective Communication" variable, the questionnaire modified by Calderón in 2019, reliable through Crombach's Alpha of 0.808, will be used and to evaluate the variable "Labor Performance", the questionnaire modified by Zanabria in 2018 reliable through Alpha will be applied. of Crombach of 0.84. Statistical processing and data analysis will work with the SPSS 27.0 statistical package and in order to verify the hypotheses raised, the Spearman's Rho test will be used.

Objetivo: Determinar la relación que existe entre la comunicación efectiva y el desempeño laboral de los profesionales de salud. Población total es de 160 profesionales de la salud entre médicos, enfermeros y terapistas físicos que trabajan en el programa de atención domiciliaria PADOMI Es Salud Lima. La Muestra la conforman 113 profesionales del total de la población. Diseño metodológico: El tipo de investigación será aplicada. Diseño: observacional, correlacional, descriptivo y transversal. Instrumentos: Para evaluar la variable Comunicación Efectiva se utilizara el cuestionario modificado por Calderón en el año 2019 confiable mediante el alfa de Crombach obteniendo un valor de 0,808 y para evaluar la variable Desempeño Laboral se aplicara el cuestionario modificado por Zanabria en 2018 confiable mediante el alfa de Crombach obteniendo un valor de 0.84. Procesamiento estadístico y el análisis de datos se trabajara con el paquete estadístico SPSS 27,0 y a fin de comprobar las hipótesis planteadas se usara la prueba de Rho de Spearman.
