Job satisfaction of health personnel working in the emergency department of the Quilmana Maternal and Child Center.

Abstract

In this work, the satisfaction of the nurses who work in the Emergency service of the Quilmana 2020 Health Center will be determined. Material and methods: The methodological design is descriptive and cross-sectional. The study will have a quantitative approach: it is the most used in the natural sciences, it uses the collection of information and check the assumption (hypothesis) it is based on numerical measurement and statistics as measurements and check the hypothesis. The population will be made up of Nurses who work in the Emergency Area of ​​the Quilmana Health Center. For the sample we will use the statistical method of simple random probability control, consisting of 60 surveys.

En el presente trabajo se determinará la satisfacción de los enfermeros que trabajan en el servicio de Emergencia del Centro de Salud Quilmana 2020. Material y métodos: El diseño metodológico es descriptivo de corte transversal. El estudio será de enfoque cuantitativo: es el más utilizado en las ciencias naturales, emplea la recopilación de información y comprobar la suposición (hipótesis) se basa en la medida numeral y la estadística como medidas y comprobar la hipótesis. La población estará constituida por Enfermeros que laboran en el Área de Emergencia del Centro de salud Quilmana. Para la muestra utilizaremos el método estadística del control probalistico tipo aleatorio simple, quedando constituido por 60 encuestas.
