Adherence to treatment and quality of life of the patient undergoing hemodialysis therapy at the Santa Ana Dialysis Center in Lima - 2022

Abstract

Objective: To determine the relationship between adherences to treatment and the qualiting of lifes of patient undergoing hemodialysis therapies on a national Saint Ana Dialysis Center from Lima in 2022. Methodology: These types of researches would be applied, with proposed approaches would being quantitative, and the designs would be determined. It would be being observational, correlational, and cross sectional. Population and Sample: This people addressed correspond 90 patients, who would be determining for the conveniences the researched through non probabilistic and non-randoms samples. Technique and Instruments: These techniques to be applying would be the survey and the instruments to be applied corresponds to the therapeutics adherences evaluation questionnaires, and quality from life (Health of Survey-SF36), these that having been modified and adapted on our environment to the populations with renals involvements, the same ones that will have a reliability of Cronbach’s Alpha equivalent to 0.85 and 0.83 respectively. Data processing and analysis: These data would be recorded in an excel templates for classifications and control, being processed, and this existing relationship between this variable treated on the investigations would be established, on the through the Chi Square statistical test of counting these studies with qualitative variables.

Objetivo: Determinar la relación que existe entre la adherencia al tratamiento y la calidad de vida del paciente sometido a terapia de hemodiálisis en el Centro de Diálisis Santa Ana en el año 2022. Metodología: La investigación a aplicarse en cuanto al tipo será la aplicada, lo referente al enfoque a plantearse corresponderá al cuantitativo, y el diseño será el no experimental, observacional, y de nivel correlacional, en cuanto al corte corresponderá al transversal. Población y Muestra: La población abordada corresponde a 90 pacientes, la que será determinada por conveniencia del investigador a través del muestreo no probabilístico y no aleatorio. Técnica e Instrumentos: Respecto de la técnica a emplearse será la encuesta y los instrumentos psicométricos a utilizarse corresponderán al cuestionario de evaluación de la adherencia terapéutica, y calidad de vida (Health Survey-SF36), los que han sido modificados y adaptados en nuestro medio a población con afectación renal. Se precisa que estos disponen de una confiabilidad de Alfa de Cronbach con valores equivalentes a 0,85 y 0,83 respectivamente. Procesamiento y análisis de datos: La información relevada se tratará en una plantilla excel para el control y clasificación correspondiente, y se establecerá el tipo de relación que existe entre las variables evaluadas en el estudio, aplicándose la denominada estadística inferencial no paramétrica por intermedio de la prueba de Chi Cuadrado
