Abstract

Objective: Determine the level of satisfaction of mothers by nursing staff, who attend the CRED service for children under 5 years of age in the EE. SS I-2 Jesús Oropeza Chonta, Puente Piedra, 2021. Methodology: This study has a quantitative cross-sectional approach and a correlational design, the total population is 300 mothers who attend the CRED clinic, of which only 59 mothers will be selected according to the sample calculation formula. for a finite population and the inclusion and exclusion criteria mentioned in the research project. Data collection techniques and instruments: The survey will be used as an instrument through which the information necessary for the development of this research will be collected through dimensions of quality such as the human dimension, timely, continuous and safe, this survey consists of 22 closed questions in which a code table was created assigning a value to the answers: never (1), sometimes (1) and always (1). The data collection will be carried out in a period of 2 months in the growth and development clinics of the EE. SS I-2 Jesús Oropeza Chonta, when relevant data is obtained through the application of the instrument, the data obtained by the The Excel program will be used for the survey, which will allow the creation of a database to record the information collected for all the indicators of the study variables. Statistical analysis: to carry out the descriptive analysis, graphical representations will be used. Validity was determined using the Pearson correlation coefficient test and each item is greater than 0.3 and having a 95% confidence level and a 0.05 relative error.

Objetivo: Determinar el nivel de satisfacción de las madres por parte del personal de enfermería, que acuden al servicio de CRED de niños menores de 5 años de edad en el EE. SS I-2 Jesús Oropeza Chonta, Puente piedra, 2021. Metodología: Este estudio es de enfoque cuantitativo de corte transversal y de diseño correlacional, la población total es de 300 madres que asisten al consultorio de CRED de las cuales solo se seleccionará a 59 madres de familia según la fórmula de cálculo de muestra para una población finita y los criterios de inclusión y exclusión mencionados en el proyecto de investigación. Técnicas e instrumentos de recolección de datos: Se utilizará como instrumento la encuesta mediante el cual se va a recopilar información necesaria para la elaboración de esta investigación mediante dimensiones de la calidad como son la dimensión humana, oportuna, continua y segura, esta encuesta consta de 22 preguntas cerradas en la cual se realizó una tabla de códigos asignando a las respuestas un valor: nunca (1), a veces (1) y siempre (1). La recolección de datos se realizará en el periodo de 2 meses en los consultorios de crecimiento y desarrollo del EE. SS I-2 Jesús Oropeza Chonta, cuando se obtenga datos relevantes mediante la aplicación del instrumento se procederá al procesamiento de los datos obtenidos por la encuesta se utilizará el programa Excel, la cual va a permitir elaborar una base de datos para registrar la información recogida para todos los indicadores de las variables de estudio. Análisis estadístico: para realizar el análisis descriptivo se utilizará representaciones gráficas, Se determinó la validez utilizando la prueba de test coeficiente de correlación de Pearson y cada ítem es superior al 0.3 y teniendo el 95% de nivel de confianza y un 0.05 de error relativo.
