Working conditions and their relationship with job satisfaction of nursing professionals in the operating room of the level 2-2 hospital of San Juan de Lurigancho, Lima 2021

Abstract

Determine the relationship between Working Conditions and Job Satisfaction of nursing professionals in the operating room of the Hospital level 2-2 of San Juan de Lurigancho, Lima 2021. Method: the methodology was basic, with a descriptive level. and correlational and with a non-experimental design, where the survey was taken as a research technique, and two questionnaires were taken into account as research instruments for the working conditions variable and for the job satisfaction variable, considering the population as nursing professions from the operating room of the Hospital level 2-2 of San Juan de Lurigancho, defining 36 nurses as a sample, taking non-probabilistic sampling, for the results the statistical program SPSS version 26.0 will be used to analyze the information that It will allow showing the descriptive and inferential analysis of the research.

Determinar la relación entre las Condiciones de Trabajo y la Satisfacción Laboral de los profesionales de enfermería de la sala de operaciones del Hospital del nivel 2-2 de San Juan de Lurigancho, Lima 2021. Método: la metodología fue tipo básica, con un nivel descriptivo y correlacional y con un diseño no experimental, donde se tomó como técnica de investigación la encuesta, y se tomaron en cuenta dos cuestionarios como instrumentos de investigación para la variable condiciones de trabajo y para la variable satisfacción laboral, considerando como población a los profesiones de enfermería de la sala de operaciones del Hospital del nivel 2-2 de San Juan de Lurigancho, definiendo como muestra a 36 enfermeros, tomando el muestreo no probabilístico, para los resultados se tomara el programa estadístico SPSS versión 26.0 para analizar la información que permitirá mostrar el análisis descriptivo e inferencial de la investigación.
