Percepciones de igualdad de género y actitudes inclusivas en estudiantes de una universidad privada, 2023

Abstract

El trabajo académico lleva por objetivo determinar la relación entre la percepción de igualdad de género y actitudes inclusivas en estudiantes de una universidad privada 2023. Metodología: Este estudio fue de tipo aplicado, de método y enfoque cuantitativo, hipotético deductivo. Donde la muestra de estudio conformado por 92 estudiantes correspondiente a discentes de 1º al 3º de una universidad privada del Lima Metropolitana, se utilizó dos instrumentos que se basó en un cuestionario que contenía interrogantes para el análisis de ambas variables. Teniendo como resultado y en relación al objetivo general planteado, probo una relación positiva de la variable igualdad de género y actitudes inclusivas con un Rho spearman de 0,632 y con un p valor de 0,001, donde se termina por aceptar la hipótesis alterna la cual menciona efectivamente una relación significativa entre estas dos variables. Concluyendo que existe una relación positiva moderada y significativa en las variables igualdad de género y actitudes inclusivas en una universidad privada de Lima Metropolitana, 2023.

The objective of the academic work is to determine the relationship between the perception of gender equality and inclusive attitudes in students of a private university in 2023. Methodology: This study was of an applied type, with a quantitative hypothetical deductive method and approach. Where the study sample was made up of 92 students corresponding to 1st to 3rd grade students from a private university in metropolitan Lima, two instruments were based on a questionnaire that contained questions for the analysis of both variables. Taking as a result and in relation to the general objective set, I tested a positive relationship of the variable gender equality and inclusive attitudes with a Rho Spearman of 0,632 and with a p value of 0,001, where the alternative hypothesis is accepted, which effectively mentions a significant relationship between these two variables. Concluding that there is a moderate and significant positive relationship in the variables gender quality and inclusive attitudes in a private university in Metropolitan Lima, 2023.
