Healthy lifestyles and their relationship with nutritional status in older adults who belong to the pension 65 program in the community of Muyurina - Ayacucho, November to December 2021“

Abstract

Objective: To determine the relationship between healthy lifestyle and nutritional status in older adults. Method: Deductive with a quantitative applied approach, observational descriptive correlational design. The population and sample consist of 50 older adults aged between 75 and 90 years who belong to the Pensión 65 program in the Muyurina community. Technique and instruments: For the "lifestyle" variable, the technique used was a questionnaire, and the instrument, a survey, was validated through expert judgment and a Cronbach's alpha of 0.922. For the "nutritional status" variable, the technique used was observation. Procedures: The records obtained will be entered into a database using the SPS software, version 25, followed by statistical analysis.

Objetivo: Determinar la relación que existe entre los estilos de vida saludable y estado nutricional en adultos mayores. Método: Deductivo con enfoque cuantitativo tipo aplicada, diseño observacional descriptivo correlacional. Población y muestra está constituida por 50 adultos mayores cuya edad oscila entre 75 a 90 años que pertenecen al programa pensión 65 de la comunidad de Muyurina. Técnica y instrumentos: Para la variable “estilos de vida” se utilizó como técnica cuestionario y como instrumento encuesta fue validada mediante juicio de expertos y alfa de Crombach 0,922. Asimismo para la variable “estado nutricional” se utilizó como técnica la observación. Procedimientos. Los registros obtenidos se ingresaran a una base de datos en un sofware SPS la versión 25, se procederá con el análisis estadistico.
