Level of academic stress and its relationship with interpersonal relationships of nursing students of the ninth cycle of the Norbert Wiener University, Lima 2022

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the level of stress and interpersonal relationships of nursing students in the ninth cycle of the university Norbert Wiener, Lima 2022. The methodology used was non-experimental, cross-sectional correlational, with a sample of 96 students, sampling non-probabilistic, the technique used in the survey, the instruments were the SISCO Inventory of academic stress and the interpersonal relations questionnaire”, the proposed dimensions were stressors, symptoms and coping strategies. After analyzing and evaluating the results obtained using a frequency table 45.8% of students showed a deep level of stress, as well as bad interpersonal relationships. Finally, it was concluded that there is a relationship between the level of stress and interpersonal relationships, having a p value. 000 being less than 0.05.

Objetivo: Analizar el nivel de estrés académico y las relaciones interpersonales de los alumnos de enfermería del noveno ciclo de la universidad Norbert Wiener, Lima 2022. Material y Métodos: La metodología empleada fue no experimental, correlacional transversal. La muestra fueron 96 alumnos, muestreo no probabilístico, técnica empleada la encuesta. Asimismo, los instrumentos fueron el Inventario SISCO de estrés académico y cuestionario de relaciones interpersonales. Las dimensiones propuestas fueron los estresores, los síntomas y las estrategias de afrontamiento. Tras analizar y valorar los resultados obtenidos mediante una tabla de frecuencias el 45.8% de alumnos presentaron un nivel profundo de estrés, asimismo malas relaciones interpersonales. Finalmente, se concluyó que hay relacion entre el nivel de estrés y las relaciones interpersonales teniendo valor de p.000 siendo menor 0,05.
