Perception on humanized care of the nurse by the post-surgical user in the Hospital II EsSalud Pasco, 2020

Abstract

Assessing the quality of the humanized care of the Nursing professional by obtaining data on attitudes perceived by the post-surgical user is transcendental for health-providing establishments, it will allow the establishment of improvement techniques oriented towards satisfying the needs of users. Regarding the methodology, it is a quantitative study, descriptive type, cross-sectional. Population consisting of 64 post-operated patients from Hospital II Essalud Pasco. The instrument “Perception of Humanized Nursing Care Behaviors PCHE clinicountry 3rd version” was used to collect data. Results. In the sociodemographic characteristics, there are post-surgical users; 39% are between 31 and 40 years old, 55% are female, 35% have a higher education degree. Reaching the conclusion that there is a perception of the post-surgical user in 55% almost always and 31% sometimes.

Valorar calidad del cuidado humanizado del profesional de Enfermería mediante obtención de datos de actitudes percibido por el usuario post quirúrgico, viene a ser trascendental para los establecimientos prestadores de salud, permitirá establecer técnicas de mejoramiento orientados hacia la satisfacción de las necesidades de los usuarios. En cuanto a la metodología es un estudio cuantitativo, tipo descriptivo, corte transversal. Población constituida por 64 pacientes post operados del Hospital II Essalud Pasco. Recolección de datos se utilizó el instrumento “Percepción de Comportamientos de Cuidado Humanizado de Enfermería PCHE clinicountry 3a versión”. Resultados. En las características socio demográficas, hay usuarios post quirúrgicos; 39% con edades entre 31 a 40 años, en 55% pertenecen al género femenino, 35% tienen grado de instrucción superior. Llegando a la conclusión de que existe una percepción del usuario post quirúrgico en 55% casi siempre y el 31% algunas veces.
