Work stress and social isolation COVID-19 in the Nursing staff of the Sterilization Center of the National Maternal Perinatal Institute, Lima - 2021

Abstract

The present project, subject of research, aims to determine the relationship between Work Stress and Social Isolation Covid-19 in the Nursing Staff of the Sterilization Center of the National Maternal Perinatal Institute, Lima - 2021; The methodology presented in this research is quantitative, non-experimental, correlational design, the instruments chosen to respond to the assumptions were Work Stress (PSS), a scale that assesses stress during the last month and includes 10 items with 5-point scale responses, and the East II Social Loneliness Scale, which consists of 15 items, with a response scale of 0 to 3 points; Then, for the data collection procedure, it will be during the first 3 months, where the participants, in this case the Nursing Staff of the Sterilization Center, being a sample n = 35 subjects, will be applied the aforementioned instruments, in order to collect all the necessary information, because then the data processing will be used, using the statistical software SPPS version 25; in order to respond to our general and specific objectives in a descriptive manner, represented in tables and graphs; such is the case, that to answer the hypotheses the Chi2 square statistic will be used, with the degrees of freedom, the same that will be represented by a table and a Gauss graph, demonstrating a level of significance Pvalue 0.005. Discussion, contrasted with the background of the present study. Finally, the conclusion and recommendations.

El presente proyecto, materia de investigación, tiene por objetivo determinar la relación entre el Estrés Laboral y Aislamiento Social Covid-19 en el Personal de Enfermería de Central de Esterilización del Instituto Nacional Materno Perinatal, Lima – 2021; la metodología, que presenta esta investigación es de tipo cuantitativo, diseño no experimental, correlacional, los instrumentos elegidos, para responder a los supuestos fueron Estrés Laboral (PSS), escala que evalúa el estrés durante el último mes y comprende 10 ítems con respuestas de escala de 5 puntos y la Escala Este II de Soledad Social, que consta de 15 ítems, con escala de respuesta de 0 a 3 puntos; seguidamente para el procedimiento de la recolección de datos, serán durante los 3 primeros meses, donde los participantes, en este caso el personal de Personal de Enfermería de Central de Esterilización, siendo una muestra n = 35 sujetos, se les aplicará los instrumentos antes mencionados, con el fin de recopilar toda la información necesaria, porque luego se empleará el procesamiento de datos, haciendo uso del software estadístico SPPS versión 25; con el fin de responder a nuestras objetivos general y específicos de manera descriptivas, representado en tablas y gráficos; tal es el caso, que para responder las hipótesis se empleará el estadístico Chi2 cuadrados, con los grados de libertad, los mismos que estarán representados mediante una tabla y grafico de gauss, demostrando un nivel de significancia Pvalor 0.005. Discusión, contrastada, con los antecedentes del presente estudio. Finalmente, la conclusión y recomendaciones.
